2. The renter, after agreeing with Best Autorent can use the car abroad, but only within Europe.

3. Necessary document for the car rental:
-identity card or valid passport
-proof of address
-driving licence, that is at least 1 year old.

4. The car rent fee and the deposit should be paid in advance either by cash or fund transfer to a given bank account.

5. All drivers must be listed in the power of attorney.

6. From signing this contract to returning the car, the vehicle is of the renter's full responsibility.

7. The cars are rented for a pre-defined period. In case you return the rented cars before the end of this pre-defined period, the company has no obligation to return money. The extension of this pre-defined car rent period is only possible with the prior agreement of Best Autorent.

8. Deposit will be used in case of charges that will come to the knowledge of Best Autorent after the end of the car rental period (fines, penalties, cleaning, missing fuel, etc.). In case of complete car damage, stealing of car the full amount of the deposit will be kept by Best Autorent. The deposit will only be released after full legal clearance of the damage case.
Any additional cost occurred during the rent period, such as penalty for wrong parking, penalty for missing toll sticker on the highways or missing car accessories, that Best Autorent will be notified of after the car rent period, will be charged to the renter. This additional cost must be paid within 12 months after the last day of the rent period. At every item of this kind Best Autorent cars charge an additional HUF 2000+TAX for his administrational hours.

9. The renter will be responsible for all damages caused by the car or in the vehicle, in case the insurance company refuses to cover (or partially covers) the cost of damages due to issues of the renter, such as driving under the influence of alcohol. In case CASCO will manage the insurance, the renter will pay insured retention, which is 10% at minimum HUF 100000.

10. The car will be given-in all cases- clean and full of petrol. The renter should return it clean and full of petrol at the agreed yr/mo/day/hour.
In case it's deemed necessary, HUF 3500-5000 will be charged for the cleaning of the car. The renter has full responsibility of the car during the rent period. Any accident or break-down of the car must be reported immediately to Best Autorent at telefonszám. In case of accident, the renter must call the police and fill out an "accident report" that will be used at the insurance coverage of the car.

11. The renter must keep the car keys and car licence papers on him at all times. In case the car is stolen, the renter can not give the car keys and the license back to Best Autorent, and therefore the insurance company does not cover the damage, the renter will be responsible for the whole cost. In case the car keys or the car license is lost, the cost of re-issuance will be paid from deposit.

12. In case the renter does not return the car back at the pre-agreed yr/mo/day/hour, after a 6 hour delay, this will be reported to the police, and an international car chase starts. In this case Best Autorent will also charge HUF 2000+TAX for every hour of the delay. In case of late return delivery, out of working hours, an additional HUF 5000+TAX will be charged.

13. Car rental agreement-pre-booking needs a 20% advance payment.
